Welcome to Forged Mobile Detailing! By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling an appointment.
1. Service Agreement
1.1 Forged Mobile Detailing provides mobile detailing services at your location. By booking a service, you confirm that you have the right to allow work to be performed on the vehicle at the specified location.
1.2 Our services include exterior and interior detailing, and ceramic coatings, but we do not perform mechanical repairs or modifications.
1.3 The condition of your vehicle may affect the final result. We strive for excellence, but older or heavily soiled vehicles may require additional services at an extra cost.
2. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations
2.1 Customers must provide accurate contact information and service location when booking an appointment.
2.2 A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
2.3 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to forfeiture of any deposit paid.
2.4 No-shows or failure to provide access to the vehicle at the time of service will result in a full-service charge.
3. Payment and Deposits
3.1 Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 We accept credit card, check, or cash.
3.3 Deposits are required for all services and are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.
3.4 Prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition, size, and additional service requests.
4. Liability and Disclaimers
4.1 Forged Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damages, including bu not limited to scratches, dents, rust, paint defects, or interior wear and tear.
4.2 While we take the utmost care, we are not liable for damage resulting from fragile or deteriorating materials (e.g., cracked leather, loose trim, or aftermarket modifications).
4.3 Customers should remove personal items from their vehicles before the service. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
4.4 If an issue arises due to our service, customers must report it within 24 hours of service completion.
5. Weather and Service Location Conditions
5.1 Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions (rain, extreme heat, etc.) at our discretion.
5.2 Customers must provide a safe, legal, and accessible work environment (e.g., driveway, parking lot) with adequate space for detailing services.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
6.1 If you are unsatisfied with the service, please notify us before we leave or within 24 hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.
6.2 Refunds or re-services are granted at our discretion.
7. Agreement
By booking a service with Forged Mobile Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
